Open Line provides AI-powered call-answering, appointment-booking, and communication-automation services for home service businesses (the "Services"). The specific scope, pricing, and deliverables for paid engagements are set out in a separate order form, proposal, or agreement between you and Open Line.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent to use our website or engage our Services.
By providing your contact information, you agree that Open Line may contact you by phone, email, and SMS regarding your inquiry, appointment, and related follow-up. SMS consent, message frequency, rates, and opt-out instructions (reply STOP) are described in our Privacy Policy. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Where you purchase paid Services, fees, billing frequency, and payment terms will be stated in your order form or proposal. Setup fees and the first month may be billed upfront; monthly fees are billed in advance. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly agreed.
You agree to: provide accurate information; use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws (including telemarketing, TCPA, and messaging regulations); obtain any consents required from your own customers before we contact them on your behalf; and not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
All content, software, workflows, templates, and materials provided by Open Line are owned by Open Line or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them solely in connection with the Services. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our materials without written permission.
Open Line provides tools and services to help you capture and respond to leads, but we do not guarantee any specific number of calls answered, appointments booked, revenue, or business outcomes. Any figures, examples, or ROI estimates (including on our website or calculators) are illustrative only and not a promise of results.
The Services rely on third-party platforms (for example, CRM, telephony, AI, and scheduling providers). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or acts of those third parties, and their terms may also apply to your use.
The website and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Open Line will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the website or Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to Open Line in the [three (3) months] preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Open Line from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right — including claims arising from communications sent to your customers.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or Services at any time for violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and continued use of the website or Services constitutes acceptance.
