SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text messages sent by Open Line Automation, LLC ("Open Line," "we," "us") to individuals who have provided their mobile number and consented to receive them. By opting in, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description

Open Line Automation, LLC provides AI-powered receptionist and call-handling services for home service contractors. Our SMS program sends informational and transactional messages only, including:

  • Responses to missed calls placed to our business line
  • Appointment confirmations, reminders, and reschedule notices
  • Service and job status updates
  • Replies to inquiries you submit to us

We do not send promotional or advertising content under this program.

2. How You Opt In

You may consent to receive text messages from us in either of two ways:

  • Web form. By submitting our contact form and checking the SMS consent box, which is unchecked by default and is not required to purchase or receive any service.
  • Customer-initiated contact. By calling or texting our business phone number, which begins a conversation you initiated.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us. Most recipients receive messages only in direct response to a call, inquiry, or scheduled appointment.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Open Line does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

5. Opting Out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent. To resume, reply START or contact us again.

6. Help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at [email protected].

7. Privacy and Data Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. All other categories of personal data are subject to the sharing terms described in our Privacy Policy.

We retain records of your consent, including the date, time, and the exact disclosure text presented to you, for compliance purposes.

8. Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

9. Supported Carriers

Our program is compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier participation may change without notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted to this page, and the "last updated" date will reflect the change.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
